The Chemistry Department emphasizes Green Chemistry in all six tracks of its comprehensive Doctor of Philosophy degree: biological chemistry, chemistry education research, green chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and physical/analytical chemistry. Students are immersed early in the program in research designed to benefit society, and they tailor an academic plan in accordance with their research interests.
