The Human Resources Management (HRM) program prepares students to recruit, train, and develop employees, and implement programs and processes to retain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. The HRM degree program helps students build the knowledge and skills to successfully manage the people-related practices within organizations. The knowledge acquired in finance, accounting, marketing, management, and operations supplements the HRM program by providing students with the range of business skills and knowledge necessary to work within or run a successful businesses and thrive in the modern workplace.
