Graduate programs in business, education and engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst rank among the best in the nation as reported in the U.S. News & World Report 2022 edition of Best Graduate Schools, which was recently released.
The Isenberg School of Management’s full-time MBA program was named number 57. The part-time MBA program was ranked at 26, up two spots from the previous year.
The College of Education is ranked 76th.
The College of Engineering is ranked at 54, also up two ranks from last year. Rankings published for specialty areas in the College of Engineering include chemical engineering at 33; civil at 50; computer at 37; electrical/electronic/communications at 53; environmental/environmental health at 38; industrial/manufacturing/systems at 37; materials at 46 and mechanical at 63.
U.S. News ranks six professional school programs annually, which include two areas, medicine and law, which do not have programs on the UMass Amherst campus.
