UMass Boston “Best in the Northeast” again, says Princeton Review
The Princeton Review has selected the University of Massachusetts Boston for its 2018 Best Colleges: Region by Region list.
This is the third year in a row that UMass Boston has appeared in The Princeton Review’s “Best in the Northeast” ranking, and the fourth time overall that the university made the list.
“This designation shows The Princeton Review recognizes what I have observed in my first few months here,” said Interim Chancellor Barry Mills. “I am impressed by the drive and accomplishments of our students, the quality and commitment of the faculty and staff, and the world-changing research and education that we offer here.”
The Princeton Review, an education services company widely known for its tutoring and test prep programs and college and graduate school guides, selects schools it considers to be academically outstanding and worth consideration in a college search. A total of 658 colleges are on the overall list, with 229 schools in the Northeast featured.
